Welcome to iamravone.com. By accessing this website, placing an order for original charcoal or mixed-media works, ordering limited edition prints, purchasing digital downloads, or commissioning artwork, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice

A. Artist Retains Copyright

All artwork, drawings, original studies, images, text, brand names (“Soulink”), logos, and website media are the exclusive intellectual property of Ramesh (Ravone) and are protected under national and international copyright laws.
The sale of an original artwork, print, or digital file transfers physical or personal ownership of the acquired item only. It does NOT transfer intellectual property rights, reproduction rights, or copyright.

B. Restrictions on Use

Collectors and purchasers may display original physical artworks and prints for personal or decorative commercial interior display.
You may not scan, copy, duplicate, resell, mass-distribute, license, mint as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), or create derivative works from any artwork or digital asset purchased from this site without explicit prior written consent from the artist.
Digital downloads (such as digital wallpapers or digital files) are strictly licensed for personal, non-commercial use on personal devices only.

2. Store Products & Visual Representation

Original Artworks: Each original charcoal, graphite, or mixed-media drawing is a unique, one-of-a-kind handmade creation. Subtle textures, organic charcoal dustings, paper deckles, and minor natural paper characteristics are inherent to fine art and are part of the artwork’s authentic value.
Color Accuracy: While high-resolution DSLR photography and professional color profiles are utilized to represent each piece accurately, display calibration varies across monitors and mobile screens. Slight tone or contrast variations may exist between screen displays and the physical artwork.
Framing & Mats: Artworks and prints are sold unframed unless explicitly specified in the individual item listing.

3. Pricing, Payments & Orders

Pricing & Currencies: All prices are displayed in USD (or local currency as displayed via checkout) and are subject to adjustment without prior notice.
Payment Gateways: Orders are completed through secure third-party checkout providers (Payhip, Stripe, PayPal). Orders are confirmed upon successful receipt of payment.
Order Cancellation by Seller: We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order in cases of typographical pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or unserviceable delivery locations.

4. Custom Portrait Commissions

Commission Contracts: Custom commission bookings are accepted selectively. Work commences once project scope, reference photographs, schedule, and required non-refundable deposit / advance payment are confirmed.
Client Approvals: Studio preview images are shared at agreed production milestones for feedback. Once final approval is granted by the client and the outstanding balance is settled, the artwork is prepared for shipment.
Cancellation of Commissions: Custom commissions cannot be canceled or refunded once drawing execution has commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ramesh (Ravone Arts) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, courier transit delays, customs clearance holds, or improper handling/storage of artworks post-delivery.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual relationships arising from purchases on iamravone.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
